Here is an easy recipe for some bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese. If you would rather, you can stuff them with another cheese and it should work.
Step 1 – Cut off the ends of the peppers and use a butter knife to scrape the insides. You may want to wear some plastic gloves to keep the oils off your hands or you may run into issues later on in the night when you accidentally rub your eyes.
Step 2 – Fill the peppers with cream cheese or another cheese such as cheddar.
Step 3 – Wrap bacon around the peppers end over end and secure with a toothpick. This helps to keep the cream cheese inside the pepper as the bacon cooks and tightens up over the ends.
Step 4 – Place the bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers on the grill and cook until the bacon is done and crispy.
