Eating Healthy On The 4th Of July

If you are watching your weight, you may want to pay attention to the info on this page.  Most people celebrate our patriotic Day of Independence by relaxing, going to the beach, attending a ballgame, or just firing up the grill.  But, while you’re out celebrating, it’s easy to forget about eating healthy.  If you’re not careful, your barbecue will pack a big punch to your gut.  There are so many calories hiding in your favorite food and drinks; is it even possible to stay healthy while at a barbecue?
